We accept all manufactured and certified RVS

Acceptance of Terms: By using the RV Park facilities at DOVE REST RV PARK, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: All fees for RV parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards or cash.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. All guests/campers must check in at the office upon arrival. A member of our staff will escort you to your site.

Quiet time: Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful of others.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds with less than 48 hour notice. Cancellations outside of the 48 hours will be fully refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds for no shows or early departures.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed.  Restrictions and additional fees may apply.

Garbage: We do not pick up your garbage. Dumpsters are located at the front of the park next to the bathhouse and in the middle of the park. Please dispose of your garbage prior to departing the park.

Cleanliness and Condition of Sites and RVs: All RVs and sites must be kept clean and in an orderly fashion. The washing of RVs is not allowed.

Conduct: We do not tolerate disorderly conduct, substance abuse or excessive drinking. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Should this rule be broken, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be granted.

Fires: Fire pits are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed.

Children: All children must be supervised by an adult. Any damages to sites, building, equipment, etc. will be charged to the credit card on file.  Management reserves the right to call the local authorities if necessary.

Damage to Personal Property: If your RV or vehicle is damaged while parked at our park, please report the incident to management. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Pets:  Pets MUST be kept on a leash and must be well-behaved at all times. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and dispose of droppings. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Marianna has doggie day care centers and lodging for your use. Domestic pets and domestic service animals are permitted.

Golf carts: Please use caution and common sense while operating a golf cart. The speed limit is 10 MPH. Golf carts are to be operated by a licensed driver. Owner must provide proof of insurance for the golf cart.

RV sites:  Alterations to RV sites are not permitted without prior management approval. Please report damage to our facilities to the office immediately. A $100 minimum repair fee for damage to water, electric, or sewer.  Water conservation is important.  Please make sure your water connections do not leak.

Limitation of Liability: DOVE REST RV PARK is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our RV PARK facilities. Please secure your valuables when you leave the area. You must carry your own insurance.

Prior to Departure: All items must be removed and the site cleaned of litter and waste.

Compliance: All guests must be in compliance with Florida Statute Chapter 513 for the duration of their tenancy or stay.

Dove Rest RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

All policies, rules and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
